PageRuler Prestained Protein Ladder

青色、オレンジ色、緑色の3色のバンドを含む分子量マーカー

着色済みのマーカーのため、電気泳動中の確認やメンブレンへのトランスファー効率の確認に便利です。コストパフォーマンスに優れたRageRuler Prestained Protein Ladderには、他のバンドとの識別が容易なリファレンスバンドとして、オレンジ色の70 kDaバンドと緑色の10 kDaバンドを含みます。最大分子量が250 kDaのRageRuler Plus Prestained Protein Ladderには、オレンジ色のリファレンスバンドを2本（70 kDaおよび25 kDa）と緑色の10 kDaバンドを含みます。

  • 視認性の高い鮮明なバンドを検出
  • メンブレントランスファー後も鮮明なバンドを検出

保存液の組成

62.5mM Tris-H3PO4 (pH 7.5 at 25℃), 1mM EDTA, 2% SDS, 10mM DTT, 1mM NaN3, 33% glycerol.
