Human TNF alpha (TNFa) Antibodies

TNF alpha antibody matched pairs for ELISA, ELISPOT, neutralization, and more.

Thermo Scientific Pierce TNF alpha monoclonal antibodies enable quantification of human tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFa) in ELISA, ELISPOT, and Western blot. Several of these antibodies can be used together in ELISA. Based on recognition of natural protein, the exclusive products M2TNFAI and M3TNFABI provide superior performance as a matched pair for ELISA. Both of these antibodies detect the active TNF alpha trimer and the TNF alpha monomer in ELISA and Western blot. Based on in-house screening, exclusive products MTNFA and M3TNFABI are the best matched antibody pair for ELISPOT. The detecting antibody is available in a biotin-labeled format and a purified, carrier-free format for researchers performing their own conjugations.
