Human Pan TCR gamma/delta Antibodies
T細胞レセプター(TCR)はTリンパ球の表面に発現して抗原と主要組織適合抗原(MHC)を共に結合する膜結合型の糖タンパク質です。この糖タンパク質を介して、抗原を認識して免疫応答を行います。TCRの構造は抗体に類似しており、抗原に結合する可変部位と定常部位からなります。T細胞はTCRにより他の白血球と区別され、また分化の段階によりT細胞表面抗原も異なります。免疫応答を促進するヘルパーT細胞と細胞障害作用を示すキラーT細胞の表面にはα鎖とβ鎖が会合してT細胞受容体を構成します。このαβ会合体を有するT細胞群はヒト末梢血の成熟T細胞全体の90-99%を占めます。このうち60%がヘルパーT, 30%がキラーT細胞とされています。一方で未成熟なT細胞表面にはγδ会合体が発現し、ヒト末梢血のリンパ球(PBL)の0.2-10%を占めます。このうち50-70%がVγ2遺伝子とVδ2遺伝子を発現する亜集団を占めます。
