Human TCR beta F1 Antibody

TCR beta F1 antibody for immunohistochemistry (IH) and other applications.

This Thermo Scientific Pierce monoclonal antibody enables measurement of human T cell receptor beta F1 in immunohistochemistry, immunoprecipitation and Western blotting. The mouse IgG1 antibody (clone 8A3) has been cited in several research papers involving the study of lymphoma. It is most often used for tissue staining and has been used to stain both frozen sections and paraffin-embedded tissue, but is also suitable for immunoprecipitation and flow cytometry. This antibody is typically supplied in PBS with preservative and carrier protein but can be supplied in preservative-free, carrier-free PBS for custom orders.

TCR1151 (clone 8A3) is specific for human TCR b chain constant region (TCRBC).
