ヒスチジンタグ組み換えタンパク質検出用プレート
HisGrab Copper Coated PlatesはELISAベースのポリヒスチジンタグ融合タンパク質の解析に理想的です。アミノ末端またはカルボキシル末端に連続した5-6ヒスチジン残基を含むタンパク質は銅などの金属に対して強い結合親和性を示します。プレートカラーは発色検出, 発光検出, 蛍光検出法で使用できるクリア, ホワイト, ブラックから選択可能です。
Reacti-Bind Copper Coated High Binding Capacity (HBC) Platesのプレート表面は結合するヒスチジンタグ融合タンパク質の量を増加させるための特別なコーティングが施されています。高い感度と広いダイナミックレンジが要求されるハイスループットスクリーニングなどに理想的なプレートです。

注意：HisGrab Copper Coated platesには必ず精製済みHisタグ融合タンパク質を使用してください。細胞ライセートに含まれるタンパク質には銅イオンに競合的に結合するものがあり、結合キャパシティの低下やシグナルノイズ比の低下の原因となります。細胞ライセートにはHisGrab Nickel Coated Plates (Product No. 15142, 15242, 15342)を推奨します。
