二次抗体コートプレート
Thermo Scientific Pierce Antibody Coated Platesは利用できる抗体が少量の場合やポリスチレン表面への直接吸着法で抗体が変性してしまう場合などに理想的なプレートになります。これらのプレートはIgGに特異的であり、抗体の精製は特に必要ありません。直接法、間接法、競合法、サンドイッチ法など様々な用途が考えられます。プレートカラーも発色検出法にはクリア、化学発光検出法にはホワイト、蛍光検出法にはブラックが用意されています。
特長:
- ポリスチレン表面への疎水吸着で生じる抗体変性を回避
- プロテインAやプロテインGやプロテインAプレートと違い、種特異的に結合
- ポリスチレン表面への直接吸着よりも高い結合キャパシティ
- プレブロックにより非特異的結合は最小化
- Anti-mouse プレート: 結合キャパシティ: ～7 pmol IgG/well
- Anti-rabbit plates: 結合キャパシティ: ～12 pmol IgG/well
- 活性化レベル: 100 µl/well
