Streptavidin Coated Plates
ストレプトアビジンプレートによるビオチン標識物のアフィニティ結合
Reacti-Bind™ Streptavidin Coated Platesはビオチン標識分子を用いた結合アッセイに最適なポリスチレン製のプレートです。ポリスチレンへの直接吸着で抗体や目的分子の変性が生じるような場合や疎水吸着が困難な低分子を固定化する場合、このプレートは特に有用です。
Streptavidinは糖鎖を含まない等電点5-6の弱酸性の単純タンパク質であり、非特異的な結合を低く抑えることができます。プレートカラーは発色検出で使用されるクリア, 化学発光検出に使用されるホワイト, 蛍光検出に使用されるブラックから選択可能です。
